About Everest

Everest is a charming 9-year-old neutered male toy poodle weighing 7.5 pounds. He came to the rescue after his elderly owner faced the unfortunate reality of having no one to care for him if something happened to her. It’s clear he was loved, but Everest spent much of his life as an outdoor dog, never experiencing the comforts of a cozy home or a soft bed until now. During a recent vet visit, it was discovered he has a previously fractured jaw, which means he will require a soft food diet for the rest of his life. Despite this, Everest's spirit is bright; he has adjusted well to indoor living and has shown great compatibility with other dogs. If you believe you could offer Everest the loving home he deserves, consider submitting an application to adopt him. Click apply to start the adoption process.
