About Star
Star is a resilient dog with a heartwarming spirit. When she was rescued, she had a gunshot wound to her jaw and ear, but after surgery to remove the bullets, she's become a vibrant personality. Her tongue may hang permanently out, but it doesn’t affect her ability to eat; we think it just adds to her charm. This sweet girl loves car rides, adores children, and has a fondness for belly rubs. Star is smart, knowing how to sit on command, and she gets along wonderfully with dogs. However, she does not get along with cats, which is something to keep in mind. After everything she has endured, Star truly deserves a loving home. Adoptions will take place at the North Fayette PetSmart in Robinson Township, PA.
