Benny is a lively 6-month-old male Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix, weighing just 5 pounds. He’s neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, with a coat that’s medium in length and colors of black and white/cream. Benny has the playful spirit typical of puppies, displaying curiosity and quickness as he zips around. He loves to be held and is affectionate, though he can also be a little underfoot due to his size and exuberant energy. Benny is still working on his potty training, but he gets along well with children, cats, and other dogs, making him a wonderful fit for a family. He enjoys chewing on toys, and many are almost larger than he is! After a day of zoomies, he relishes a cozy lap to settle down on. He could bring joy and entertainment to the right home. If you’re interested in meeting Benny, visit the shelter Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a kennel walkthrough. Approved applications are required for a meet and greet, so make sure to stop by!
