About Chicken Nugget

Meet Chicken Nugget, a sweet, snuggly girl with a face that can melt anyone's heart. When she first arrived at the rescue, she was anxious and high-strung, but now, after making friends and learning to trust, she’s started to shine. Chicken Nugget has been working diligently on impulse control, basic obedience, and building her confidence. She’s eager to snuggle with her human friends and enjoys playful afternoons in the yard and long walks. While she has found some gentle older dogs tolerable, Chicken Nugget can be reactive towards new or pushy dogs and may prefer a home where she is the only pet. She doesn’t do well with children and would thrive best in an adult-only home. Her ideal adopters are patient and willing to allow her to adjust to new settings and people at her own pace. Nugget's hard work with our training team comes with added perks! Her new adopter will receive free sessions with the Dog Wizard to continue her training journey.
