About Henry

Meet Henry, a charming Dutch Shepherd mix who has been waiting for his forever family for over a year. Weighing in at around 40 pounds, he’s a great medium-sized companion. Henry shines around friendly dogs and gets along well with cats too. While he enjoys the company of children, he can be a bit shy when things get too noisy and chaotic. Every day, Henry sees other dogs leave for their new homes, and he wonders why no one has noticed the incredible companion he can be. He is a sweet, gentle, and loyal boy, fully deserving of a second chance. Born on May 30, 2021, this five-year-old adult dog is ready for a fresh start after losing the only home he ever knew when his previous owner moved away. Henry is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations, including Bordetella and rabies. He is also heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. His adoption fee is reduced to just $50. Remember, adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment, and we hope Henry's next home will be truly forever. If you're interested, keep in mind that transportation may be available for the perfect match.
