Starla thrives on human companionship and feels happiest when nestled close to her loved ones. She gets along fabulously with other small dogs and has shown that she can coexist peacefully with cats. However, she must live in a home without large dogs, as they make her uncomfortable. Starla found her way to Furry Kids Refuge after her previous family could no longer keep her. She arrived needing extra care and attention due to a severe matting issue and a urinary tract infection. Thanks to the dedicated team and skilled groomers, Starla is now healthy and ready for her next adventure. She’s had a complete makeover, sharing that beautiful Havanese charm with her soft, fluffy coat. One of Starla’s favorite pastimes is going for walks; her excitement is palpable when she sees her leash! As a dog that enjoys exploration and cuddles, Starla would make an excellent addition to a home that appreciates a playful and loyal friend.
