About Fat Albert

Fat Albert is one of seven pups who made the journey from a shelter in South Carolina to Big Dog Ranch in search of a loving home. No longer tiny puppies, these "teenagers" sometimes get overlooked. But don’t let that fool you; their hearts are overflowing with affection. Life hasn't always been easy for these pups, and they've learned resilience in difficult circumstances. They’re working on sharing, a habit formed from uncertainty about food in the past, but with patience and kindness, they’re beginning to feel secure in the knowledge that every meal will come. At Big Dog Ranch, Fat Albert has discovered a safe environment filled with soft beds, proper care, and the warmth of people who believe in them. He is friendly with dogs, enjoys meeting new people, and is eager to learn new skills. Fat Albert is also good with children and cats, making him a well-rounded addition to any family. He longs for a family to call his own, promising to fill their lives with gratitude and love. Could you be the one to give him that forever home?
