About Lucy
Meet Lucy! Lucy is a beautiful torbie girl, estimated to be between 1 and 3 years old, who has already faced more challenges than most cats ever should. She was found wandering the streets of Houston while heavily pregnant. A compassionate Good Samaritan rescued her, hoping to provide a better life for Lucy and her kittens. Despite her best efforts, two of her babies tragically did not survive. Concerned for the remaining kittens, her rescuer contacted New Hope Animal Rescue for assistance. Fortunately, Lucy's two surviving little ones grew into healthy, playful youngsters and are now ready to find their forever homes, allowing Lucy the chance she deserves to be spoiled and loved. Lucy is incredibly sweet and affectionate, thriving on human companionship. She's known for brushing against your legs for attention, curling up in laps for cozy snuggles, and reminding you of mealtime, as she's quite food motivated. She gets along well with other cats, thanks to her easygoing nature, making her an ideal addition to nearly any home. After her heavy responsibilities as a mother, Lucy is eager to enjoy the carefree life of a beloved family companion. If you’re in search of a gentle lap cat with a warm heart and lots of love to share, Lucy might be your perfect match. Ready to meet her? Click apply to start the adoption process.
