Rusty currently resides in a foster home where he lives with cats and a medium-sized dog named Lucy. He enjoys trying to play with the kitties, though he knows to respect their boundaries. Rusty has a dominant streak that sometimes leads to playful conflicts with Lucy, but they share joyful zoomies together. While he is learning to signal when he needs to go outside by using a door-hanging bell, he still has the occasional accident.
