River is a charming 4-month-old Papillon mix, weighing in at 9 lbs. She's well-socialized with the dogs in her home and is both housebroken and crate trained. A fenced yard is a must, and she does not do well in apartment settings. River is not available for out-of-state adoption. All dogs in this rescue come spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and treated with a broad spectrum dewormer.
