About Paws
Meet Paws, an adorable senior dog ready for a home where he can truly thrive. Having been surrendered due to a lack of direction and attention in his previous situation, Paws is now starting to come out of his shell. He enjoys walks, loves attention from his favorite humans, and is becoming better at understanding commands. Paws is housetrained and has a playful side, especially with tennis balls. Although he thrives in social settings, he prefers to have his meals alone before joining in again. Given his needs, Paws would do best as an only dog in a quiet, adult-only home. He does not get along with cats and would benefit from a patient owner who can help him adjust to a new routine. Despite his initial nervousness, once he trusts you, he will be a loyal and loving companion—your little shadow for life. Click apply to start the adoption process.
