Nixie JuM is a resilient young pup who has overcome quite a lot. She arrived at the rescue with patchy fur and raw skin, leaving her feeling miserable, but her spirit shone through. After receiving care for her skin condition and surgery for entropion in her eyes, Nixie is now healthy and has achieved a shiny coat that reflects her happy heart. Nixie has spent time with a foster family, including three small girls, and she thrives in their company. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves people. However, because she's overly interested in cats and small animals, she would do best in a home without them. She is crate, house, and leash trained, making her a joy to have around.
