About Mel "Mel Belle"

Meet Mel, aka little Mel Belle! This one-year-old Shepherd mix is packed with energy and would thrive in a home with other dogs or a fenced yard where she can run free. Mel adores kids, but sheโ€™s a lively pup, so older children around 8 years and up would be ideal since she's known for her jumping. She enjoys transforming any yard into her personal racetrack, speeding from zero to sixty with impressive agility. While she can be a bit nervous around new faces, once she warms up, sheโ€™ll shower you with love and affection. Mel has a unique way of expressing her gratitude with tons of kisses, probably due in part to her challenging past where she had to fight for scraps. Her foster mom ensures her bowl is always full, as Mel has a tendency to cover her food to keep it safe. Mel is fully potty trained and crate trained, and while she sleeps well in her kennel, she'd happily curl up with her new family at night. This sweetheart has come a long way since her rescue and would make a perfect addition to any loving home. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
