About Lyla

Meet Lyla! Lyla is an energetic 2 1/2-year-old female Husky/Shepherd mix weighing 70 pounds. She was found wandering a rural road and welcomed into a caring home. However, her current living situation has proved challenging as she does not get along with the smaller resident dog. As a result, we're on the lookout for a forever family who understands her unique needs. Lyla is housebroken and electric fence trained, but due to her adventurous spirit, a physically fenced yard is highly recommended; she loves to explore! As a high-energy pup, she thrives on consistent training and enjoys frequent play sessions. Lyla's ideal home will be with someone experienced with high-drive breeds who can provide the attention and affection she deserves. Despite her past, Lyla is ready to shower her new family with unconditional love. This is a courtesy post for Lyla, who is not yet part of the Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue but is being assisted in finding her forever home. To meet her, please fill out the online application. Lyla is looking forward to finding her special person. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
