About Libby
Meet Libby. Libby and her littermates have come a long way from their tough start in life. They quickly discovered that people can be wonderful, toys are fun to chase, beds are meant for snuggling, and laps are truly the best spots to relax. Libby is about 11 weeks old (DOB ~ 5/2/2026) and weighs around 6 pounds. While she’s labeled as a small mixed breed, we believe her mom is a Chihuahua mix and her dad could be a Beagle mix. They might grow to be in the 15-20 pound range. Among her siblings, Libby stands out as the largest and most laid back. While her siblings bound around energetically, she prefers to observe first, then join in at her own pace. She’s incredibly affectionate, always wanting to be near her people, whether that's tagging along while you do chores or snuggling during nap time. Although she has a playful side common for puppies, Libby brings a calming presence that’s hard not to love. Like all puppies her age, she’s still mastering potty training and learning manners. She will thrive in a home that is patient and consistent, where she can grow into the incredible companion she’s meant to be. For applicants, please note that the adoption radius is 50 miles from Jacksonville, FL due to necessary follow-up vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery. Additionally, all pets at home must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and on heartworm prevention. Homeownership is required, as many rentals have weight restrictions.
