About ArloI

Meet Arlo, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a charming Black Tri coat. As he approaches his 7th birthday on July 30th, 2026, he's becoming a fantastic companion. He walks well on a leash and has an adorable bunny-hopping run when off-leash. Though he's still gaining weight, his foster is ensuring he does so in a healthy manner. Arlo is a bit unsure about snuggles but definitely craves closeness and affection. He's had positive interactions with other dogs, having had a canine foster friend to guide him. His playful spirit shines through, especially when he's chasing minnows at the lake. A secure, fenced yard is essential for his safety, along with a home that has another dog of similar size, ideally a female who can be his friend and guide. Due to Arlo's timid nature, we recommend a household with children 14 and older. Please remember, we do not adopt to apartment dwellers or those expecting dogs to live outside.
