About Finn

Finn is a fantastic companion who's always up for an adventure. This one-year-old Texas Heeler showcases all the wonderful traits of his breed—intelligence, athleticism, and a loving nature. Whether he's playing fetch, exploring new trails, or just enjoying a leisurely walk, Finn radiates joy and enthusiasm. When playtime wraps up, he loves to snuggle close for some cozy moments with his humans. His friendly disposition shines through, often showering his favorite people with kisses. Finn is house trained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He understands basic commands and has the eagerness to learn more. As a typical young Heeler, he’s still fine-tuning his manners, especially when greeting people, but with steady training, he will undoubtedly grow into an exceptional buddy. Finn gets along well with other dogs and does better with older kids who can navigate his playful energy. He tends to jump due to his enthusiasm, making a home with older children ideal. Unfortunately, he isn't great around cats. As a working breed, Finn thrives in active households that include him in their daily activities. A fenced yard would be perfect for his favorite game of fetch, but ultimately, Finn just wants a loving family to call his own. He’s available for adoption due to an unexpected medical allergy in his previous home, but those who knew him adore him and are determined to find him the loving environment he deserves. If you’re looking for an adventure partner, fetch fanatic, and cuddle buddy, Finn is ready to meet you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
