At just under 4 years old, this little guy has faced more challenges than many, including living with paralysis for over six months. Despite the odds, Louie is learning to cruise around on wheels, showing everyone his remarkable tenacity and heart. Louie weighs 25 pounds and is a sweet and easygoing companion. His foster team has worked with him on physical therapy, and he has adapted to his new lifestyle, even wearing a diaper to assist with his potty habits. He will come with a custom-made wheelchair fitted just for him to help him thrive in his new home. Louie would love to be in a home with another similar-sized female dog to play with, as canine companionship fuels his happiness. He also gets along with kids and cats but would do best in a space without stairs, where he can be comfortably carried when needed. Most of all, he simply wants to curl up next to someone who loves him. This little Frenchie not only has a lot of love to give but also needs a caring human who can see past his disability.
