Meet Froide! Born in December 2022, Froide is a delightful medium-sized female, possibly a Black Mouth Cur mix, weighing around 43 pounds. Her journey to rescue began when she was found wandering with her two puppies, showing incredible dedication as a young mom. Despite an old hip injury requiring surgery, Froide has bounced back beautifully and is now healthy and ready for her forever home. Froide is sweet and loving, thriving on companionship. She is house-trained, enjoys walks, and rides well in the car. Whether it’s a daily stroll, road trip, or cozy time at home, she's happiest by your side. She gets along well with other dogs, making her a great candidate for a home with a canine companion, but she can just as easily be your one-and-only. While she hasn’t been tested with cats, Froide would do best in a home without them. Additionally, a household with children aged eight and older would suit her well. This resilient girl is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and all set to find a loving family.
