About Opal
Opal is on the lookout for a loving hospice home where she can bask in comfort and affection. This tiny girl weighs just 8 pounds and is 16 years old, deserving to be spoiled and cherished for her golden years. Most of her day is spent napping in her cozy bed. She's a great eater, enjoying her soft food served in an elevated bowl to make mealtime easier for her. During her recent vet visit, doctors noticed atrophy in the iris of her left eye, which may make it sensitive to bright light. Although her right eye was inflamed and requires a medicated ointment, overall, her health is stable with only mild blood work elevations. Opal is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and she simply needs a warm family to greet her with love.
