About Hippo

Meet Hippo, a part of the beloved Safari Litter. Hippo had a rough start, rescued from a dilapidated situation. His litter was treated for Parvo, and while he came through, he faced additional challenges, including a broken toe that led to its amputation. But now, he’s finally happy and healthy, ready for his forever home. Hippo is a delightful puppy, full of sweetness and gentleness. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, making him a great addition to any family. Currently around 30 pounds, he’s expected to reach a size between 50 and 60 pounds as an adult. His medium-length fur features a lovely blend of golden and black colors. Hippo is crate trained and on track to become house trained. As a baby puppy, he will need plenty of guidance and training, but he’s shaped up to be a loyal companion. Remember, puppies require time and patience, especially with housebreaking. Each adoption includes a goody bag and all essential paperwork. Hippo is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, including rabies. He will thrive in a loving home where his playful nature and sharp puppy teeth can be nurtured. If you are ready to provide him with the life he deserves, apply for adoption today!
