About Iris

Iris is a sweet female Corgi mix who's still developing her confidence around humans. Though she’s quite vocal and social with other dogs, she takes a little more time to warm up to two-legged friends. Once she trusts you, expect lots of hugs, kisses, and playful moments. At just 7 months old, Iris requires a physically fenced yard and might thrive best with a tolerant male dog for companionship. She’s learning leash manners, so a harness works well for her unique body shape. Iris may have a tendency to chase or be cautious around cats, so introductions should be handled gently and positively. She would do well in a home with older children who have experience with small dogs. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will bring joy and lots of love, Iris could be the perfect match for you!
