Willie is a 6-year-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, with a short coat and a tricolor (brown, black, and white) coloring. He is small in size, weighing 18 lbs. Willie is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He is currently in Irmo, SC, where he is working on his housetraining and is eager for a forever home.

About Willie

Willie was found wandering along a busy road, dirty and infested with fleas. He wore an overly large collar, indicating he likely spent too much time on a chain. After being rescued, he has adapted well to living indoors with a family, although he remains uncertain around cats and can be a little annoying to them. Willie is currently working on his housetraining — he's a smart dog and will pick it up quickly with patience and a steady routine. He has an old scar on his left eye, but it doesn’t cause him any pain or issues. Willie is heartworm positive, but it's not contagious; we will provide the necessary treatment. At 6 years old and weighing 18 lbs, he is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His loving personality shines through, and he’s excited to embrace the good things in life!
