About Commando

Meet Commando! This young Terrier found himself lost at a state park until he was brought to us. Initially cautious and stressed, he has since learned to trust people thanks to the love and care he’s received here. Once you take him for a walk, Commando transforms into your committed sidekick. This energetic pup thrives on adventure, whether it’s long walks or playtime in the yard with toys—although he'll need a little training to learn how to fetch them back. Commando is affectionate and will stick close to his person, loving every moment spent together. While he hasn’t been extensively tested with other dogs, meet and greets are essential before adoption. When he was around cats, he showed curiosity but moved on without fuss. Commando walks well on a leash and has good manners with people. To meet this handsome boy, you need an approved application!
