Meet Jack, a blind cat who's learning to navigate his world without sight. He arrived at the shelter with severe infections that led to the removal of both eyes, but that hasn’t slowed him down. Jack gets around just fine using his keen sense of smell and sound. As he adjusts to his new home, supervision is key to keeping him safe. He’ll thrive in a consistent environment where his litter box, food, and water bowls are always in the same place. While he enjoys the company of his foster siblings, he prefers a peaceful setting to help him explore without new scents overwhelming him. An indoor-only cat, Jack would do best in a home without young children, as they may be too chaotic for him. Despite his challenges, Jack is affectionate, loves to cuddle, and enjoys playing with both cats and dogs.
