About Tootsie
Tootsie is one of 1,500 dogs rescued from a testing laboratory, now safe at Big Dog Ranch Rescue. She has spent her life in a kennel and is just beginning to experience the world as a dog. Everything is a new adventure for her, from feeling grass beneath her paws to walking on a leash. Tootsie is still learning to trust humans but with kindness and patience, she'll thrive. She's shy and cautious at first, but with a gentle approach, Tootsie will blossom into a loving companion. The right person will have the rewarding experience of helping her discover what it means to be loved and feel safe in a family setting. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
