A good Samaritan found him searching for help in a parking lot and did her best to get him assistance, but sadly, no one claimed him. Eventually, our volunteer rescued Seeley, and he has brought nothing but sweetness since joining our care. Seeley is a young male with a gentle demeanor, and he's known for being especially affectionate. He's already neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
