About Annie

Annie, the little orphan, found herself in a shelter waiting for someone like you to notice her. Luckily, a hero from a rescue stepped in and offered her a foster home to help her find that perfect family. At around 2 years old and about 58 pounds, Annie is crate trained, leash trained, and loves nothing more than a car ride. She's friendly with all animals, even made friends with a pot-bellied pig! Annie thrives on playtime, particularly enjoying the company of other active dogs who will chase her and share in her playful spirit. Though she has bursts of energy, especially when her foster mom arrives home, Annie calms down quickly. Described as active and tender, she’s eager to show affection, sometimes jumping up with excitement but learning to settle faster with each interaction. Annie dreams of finding a loving family to welcome her home. She'll be available for adoption in Rhode Island starting August 1st, 2026. If you feel a connection with Annie, reach out to your Adoption Coordinator to get on her list. If you’re not yet approved, visit the Save A Lab website for adoption details.
