About Violet
Meet Violet Concetta! This petite, playful pup is a 1-year-old Cairn Terrier mix with a big personality packed into her small frame. Weighing around 10 pounds, Violet is affectionate and full of energy, making it nearly impossible to stay upset with her. Violet loves being around people and is friendly with both dogs and cats. A fun canine buddy would be great for her, especially one who can match her playful spirit and help her come out of her shell. While she plays well with cats, she may bark occasionally, inviting them to join in the fun. Toys are her absolute favorite, especially when they come with a side of companionship, and she's quite the foodie with a fondness for carrots. Currently, she’s learning leash walking and potty training. While she’s making progress, she shouldn't be left alone for more than 4 to 5 hours at a time due to her ongoing learning of house manners. A fenced yard would allow her to burn off some of that youthful energy effectively. Given her age, she can be a bit jumpy or mouthy during playtime, so she would do best in a home with older children. Although she is wonderful at home, busy environments can be intimidating for her. A patient family that allows her the space to adjust and a confident dog companion would be ideal as she explores the world.
