About Rain
Meet Rain, a stunning 9-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever with a heart of gold. Her previous family adored her, but due to health issues, they entrusted her to GREAT Rescue to find a new home where she could thrive in her golden years. Rain is an absolute sweetheart who adores her foster sister, Darci, and enjoys cozy cuddle sessions. She thrives on long walks, relaxing car rides, and has a playful side too, often seen carrying her stuffed toys around. Rain behaves beautifully inside, with no unnecessary barking or chewing, making her an ideal companion for a quieter household. Whether it's a retired individual or someone working from home, she will fit right in. Rain is in excellent health—fully vaccinated, spayed, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She carries impressive credentials, including OFA certification, confirming no elbow dysplasia. Her new family should ideally be home most of the day, have another dog of similar size for companionship, live in NE Florida or SE Georgia, and have a fenced yard for her safety.
