About Chickpea

Chickpea is a 4-year-old mixed breed found as a stray in Franklin this past May, and she’s eager to start her next chapter. Weighing 65 pounds, this gentle lovebug enjoys leisurely walks, meeting new faces, and flaunting her "sit" and "shake" tricks. She's spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, so she’s all set to head home. Chickpea is heartworm-positive, but Williamson County Animal Center will cover her treatment at no cost to her adopter. While Chickpea can be selective about her dog friends and might thrive as your one-and-only sidekick, it’s wise to arrange a meet & greet if you have a dog already. Stop by to meet Chickpea and help her embark on a new adventure.
