Meet Onyx, a charming female German Shepherd mix ready to find her forever home. She came to the shelter after her previous caregiver could no longer care for her. Onyx thrived in a family setting with another dog and children aged 2 and 11. She enjoys running, playing fetch, and chewing on toys. This young girl is house and crate trained, making her an excellent companion. While Onyx adores small dogs, she prefers a feline-free environment and does not get along with small animals like rabbits or guinea pigs. She knows a number of commands including "sit," "down," and "come here," and travels well in the car.
