About Madison
Meet Madison, also known as Maddie. This sweet 6-year-old Cavachon is on the hunt for her forever home. Weighing around 18 pounds, she has a hearty appetite, so keeping an eye on her meals is essential. Madison joins us after coming from a breeder where she was raised in a home environment, a much better fate than many. She recently underwent surgery for a cruciate tear she suffered before arriving, and while she’s recovering well, she needs leash walking for a little while as she builds her strength back. Maddie's personality is as gentle as it gets—she's calm, quiet, and rarely barks. She enjoys lying beside you on the sofa just as much as she loves lounging in the grass, observing the world around her. Though she can be cautious around new people, once she learns to trust, she won’t leave your side. She's housebroken, crate-trained, and even knows her basic commands. Maddie shows no interest in chasing cats or small critters. Although she's currently not in a foster home with dogs, she has previously been around many, so she gets along well with them. Madison is spayed, had a dental cleaning, is up to date on vaccines, and is microchipped. If you think Maddie could be the perfect fit for you, she can’t wait to meet you!
