About Ivory

Meet Ivory, a young tan and white Retriever-Pit Bull mix ready to join your family. She’s already spayed and house trained, making her an excellent candidate for a forever home. Ivory arrived at Haven Pet Center about a year ago alongside her mom and siblings. After being adopted as a puppy, she found herself back at an open intake shelter. The team at Haven couldn’t resist taking her back, ensuring she's loved until the right family finds her. Ivory thrives on learning. She knows how to sit and is treat motivated, which makes teaching her a joy. You'll be impressed by her leash manners—she walks right next to you without a fuss. Affectionate and gentle, she gets along well with both dogs and cats. Just a heads-up: she does get a bit nervous when left alone, so crate training might be beneficial. The volunteers adore Ivory, and it's easy to see why. Come meet her and discover if she's the companion you've been searching for!
