Covered in fire ants and fleas, they were even doused in motor oil in an attempt to soothe their discomfort. Despite these hardships, Pennz is both loving and joyous to finally be free. After receiving the care they needed, he is now healthy and excited to find a forever home. Pennz is a sweet little guy who walks beautifully on a leash and gets along well with other dogs.
