While he enjoys company, he thrives best with just one other kitty—he yearns for more attention than he can get in a crowded environment. Jefferson has some special needs regarding his vision due to previous surgeries for a condition that affected his eyelids. Thankfully, he sees well now and just requires occasional eye drops. When he's feeling stressed, a flare-up from the feline herpes virus may occur, but with a little medication, he bounces back quickly. He's affectionate, loves being groomed, and chirps when you knock on the window—what a character! At five years old, Jefferson is fully house trained and ready to be your lap cat.
