About Watermelon
Meet Watermelon, an adorable Great Pyrenees puppy born on April 27, 2026. This fluffy little guy is the only male in his litter and, at just 2 months old, he’s ready to find a family that's experienced with giant breeds. He’s pure white, with a long coat that is soft to the touch. Watermelon and his four siblings were rescued from a backyard breeder and have since been learning what it means to be a valued pet. He came into care without proper veterinary attention, but thanks to dedicated foster parents at Big Dogs Huge Paws, he’s on the right path. Watermelon is still a baby and will need a loving, giant breed-experienced home. He is not yet house trained, and his new family will need to commit to his growth and socialization during these critical early months. He’s been fantastic with children, other dogs, and even cats. His fosters emphasize the importance of socialization and training, ensuring he becomes a sweet and gentle giant. Since puppies are too young to be spayed, adopting families will need to sign a special agreement to have him altered when he’s old enough. An adoption fee of $700 is required, and families should be prepared for a significant investment of time and resources. Let Watermelon be the joyful companion who brightens your days!
