Meet Cypress, an adorable German Shepherd mix puppy who’s making strides in his foster home. Known affectionately as Bear due to his fluffy coat, he embodies the exuberance typical of his breed. He came to us from a local shelter and is currently thriving in a home where he’s bonding with children and another active dog. Cypress is learning essential puppy skills like crate training and housebreaking, showing his intelligence every step of the way. This playful boy will need a home equipped for his energetic nature, ideally with someone experienced in shepherds. He's neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, though he will require additional puppy shots at 16 weeks, including rabies. Puppies naturally bring challenges, like needing rigorous training and managing their playful, sometimes mischievous behavior. Expect some chewing and occasional accidents—these little ones require patience and guidance. Remember the 3-3-3 rule when bringing him into your home: the first three days are for adjusting, followed by three weeks of bonding and training, and three months for continued acclimatization. Cypress will come with a goody bag, including a collar, leash, and essential items. A training contract may also be required to ensure he receives the attention he deserves.
