About Bonsai
Meet Bonsai, a sweet boy on a journey of trust and discovery! This brave pup is adapting to indoor life after spending his early years outside. Each day, he takes new steps, slowly realizing the comfort and safety of a loving home. Currently in his foster care, Bonsai is learning to trust. He follows his foster parent around, keeping a cautious distance as he navigates his new environment. Recently, he started accepting gentle pets and even offers sweet thank-you kisses. Remarkably, despite his outdoor past, Bonsai is a house training champ, having not had a single accident indoors. While he struggles with being alone in a crate, a friend's company could make a world of difference. We believe that introducing him to a confident dog sibling will help him adjust and build confidence, easing his anxiety in the process. Bonsai is looking for a patient family who understands the importance of allowing him to adapt at his own pace. With the reassurance of gentle hands and the companionship of a fellow canine, Bonsai will flourish. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children, making him a great addition to any home.
