About Liko
Liko has faced unimaginable challenges in her young life. Rescued from a cruel fate at just two weeks old, she learned to trust and found a temporary family after surviving a horrific past. Now, sheβs searching once more for a home to call her own. This affectionate girl can come off a bit shy around new people, but once she knows you're trustworthy, you'll find a loyal friend for life. Liko thrives on companionship, preferring to spend her days by your side and her evenings curled up next to you. She's crate trained, house trained, and incredibly smart, mastering commands like sit, stay, and down while walking great on a leash. Liko revels in outdoor adventures, whether itβs long walks, hiking, or basking in the sunshine. Her playful spirit shines through her goofy antics, earning her the nickname "Mayhem" in her foster home as she entertains herself with rolls in mud puddles and chasing her tail. As an only pet, Liko can give her all to her family. While she enjoys canine playtime, she truly flourishes when sheβs the center of attention and will do best with older children who respect her space. This wonderful dog deserves more than a transient life; she deserves a family who understands her past and is ready to embrace her heart. Currently residing in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, Liko is available for transport within the continental U.S. except Massachusetts. Letβs help Liko find her forever home.
