This delightful American Eskimo Dog is always eager to greet you with her warm smile, making her the perfect match for anyone seeking a furry friend. Her playful and friendly demeanor means she’s never met a stranger, from neighbors to new friends on walks. With a moderate energy level, she’s enthusiastic about daily walks and car rides, always ready for a new adventure. At home, Dahlia enjoys playing tug-of-war and loves her stuffed squeaky toys. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and although her compatibility with cats is unknown, she’s fantastic with children and warmly welcomes strangers. Dahlia is house-trained, uses a doggy door, and is crate trained. She walks nicely on a leash and is learning her basic commands. Ideally, she would thrive in a securely fenced yard where she can stretch her legs safely. Having completed her heartworm treatment, she’s now fully vaccinated, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea prevention. Although she’s blind in her left eye, it doesn’t hinder her spirit; she navigates her surroundings with ease and confidence. Dahlia even has a charming quirk—she “talks” when she's excited, especially at mealtime or when you come home! This loving pup is ready to leave her past behind and dive into a new chapter with a family who will cherish her vibrant personality.
