About Ruby
Ruby and her sister Dakota have had quite the journey. Coming from an unsanitary home, Ruby has shown resilience but requires a special living situation to thrive. With a strong prey drive, Ruby cannot live with cats, as her interactions with them have ended poorly. While she does have a bond with Dakota, she can be reactive with other dogs; slow introductions are essential for her to feel at ease. Despite these challenges, Ruby is incredibly sweet and adores people, making her happiest as the only pet in the house. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm, all included in the adoption fee of $155. If you're interested in adopting Ruby, you must visit the shelter for a meet and greet. The shelter is open from 12 to 4, except on Mondays and Wednesdays.
