About Phoenix
Phoenix is a sweet pup eager to rise to a better life. This lovely Jack Russell Terrier mix is about four years old and currently looking for her forever home. At approximately 12 pounds, she thrives in the company of other dogs, so she needs a household with a welcoming resident dog to guide her. Phoenix was rescued from a hoarding situation, which means she’s a bit shy and may take some time to adjust to new noises and environments. However, with a patient adopter, she will learn that the world is welcoming and safe. Living at the Lucky Dog's South Carolina rescue campus, Phoenix is ready for a foster or adoptive home in the DC area. She needs someone who will help her come out of her shell and shower her with love. In return, you'll get an incredibly loyal companion filled with sweet gazes and affection. If you're ready to help Phoenix navigate through life and make her dreams come true, she will give back every inch of love you offer. Will you be the one to turn her next page?
