Meet Beowoof! Rescued from Hesperia Shelter by GreenDog Foundation, Beowoof is a gentle 2-year-old boy weighing around 20 pounds. He was shutting down in the shelter, but now safe in foster care, he is starting to blossom. Initially coming from the shelter with kennel cough, he will be neutered once he is fully healthy. Each day, he grows more confident, transitioning from being timid to happily following a calm dog on a long lead. Despite being a little underweight, his appetite is great, and he's making wonderful progress. Beowoof is a sensitive soul who would thrive in a quiet home with adults or older children aged 14 and up, who can offer him the time and patience to adjust comfortably. He will be available for adoption in a couple of weeks after his scheduled neuter. Be sure to live in Orange County or surrounding Southern California, as home checks are part of the process.
