About Socks

Meet Socks, a charming little lap dog weighing 9.4 lbs. Described as friendly, affectionate, and playful, Socks thrives on companionship. He enjoys the company of laid-back dogs, so it's a good idea to bring any furry friends along for a meet-and-greet. While he hasn't been around cats, he shows a preference for chewing on bones rather than playing with toys. Socks is currently positive for heartworms. Fortunately, with the right treatment, he can become heartworm free, and all related costs will be covered through our Angel Fund. He'll need to continue heartworm prevention long term and will require a vet reference at adoption. The staff is happy to clarify any questions you may have about this process. As with all pets, finding the best fit home for Socks is a priority — he’s ready to share his love with you! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
