About Sugar
Sugar is just as sweet as her name suggests. This charming girl was initially found as a stray, and though her first rescuers couldn’t keep her, they made sure she found a loving home. After being adopted for almost a year, Sugar was sadly surrendered again due to her family's move and housing restrictions. During her time in foster care, she thrived at doggy daycare, getting along well with calm dogs of her size. It's always wise to arrange a meet and greet with any current pets beforehand. Sugar is a true people pleaser—friendly, cuddly, and affectionate, although she can be a bit shy and anxious. She walks well on a leash, enjoys car rides, and greets visitors with polite curiosity. Despite her calm demeanor, Sugar has one small flaw: she cannot be left unsupervised without exploring what she can tear into. Training with a crate or supervising her closely will be essential. Reports from her recent family indicate she was a wonderful housemate, had no accidents, and adored the visiting children. This could be your chance to welcome Sugar into your heart and home. Come meet her during open hours, from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM!
