About Cashew

Cashew is a sweet 5-month-old pup who recently found her way to New England. She's settling in nicely and enjoying her new life by eating well and gaining weight. Although she's a bit underweight now, she’s expected to reach around 40 to 45 pounds as an adult. This adorable girl, possibly a mix of Hound and Black Mouth Cur, is learning the ropes in her foster home. She's house trained and is getting used to her crate—while she’s not fond of spending too much time in it, she's adapting well. Cashew is calm and non-destructive in the house, which her foster family appreciates. She enjoys the company of other dogs and loves interacting with children she meets. Although she hasn’t been around cats, she doesn’t seem interested in them. If you're looking for a loyal companion to share life's adventures, Cashew would love to find her forever home. She's ready to snuggle up with her people and become your sidekick. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
