This little charmer hasn’t been altered yet, but rest assured, all animals adopted from Rockbridge SPCA will be spayed or neutered before going to their new homes. Feel free to visit Robert at the shelter in Lexington, VA. Remember, college students can’t adopt but are welcome to volunteer! Robert is looking forward to finding his forever home.
