Gordo is a 2-year-old male Puggle/Chihuahua mix weighing approximately 27 pounds. He has a medium-sized build and is altered. His vaccinations are up to date, and while he's still working on house-training, he's a very affectionate young boy. Gordo is currently at Pet Refuge in South Bend, IN, and is ready to find a loving home.

About Gordo

Gordo is a charming Puggle/Chihuahua mix in search of a patient and understanding home. Coming to us after his previous family faced the tough choice of rehoming him due to allergies, Gordo has a sweet demeanor, though he can be a bit shy at first. With time, his affectionate nature really shines. He's still learning house-training and would thrive with a family ready to support him patiently. In his prior home, Gordo happily lived with another dog and got along with children, but he would do best around older, respectful kiddos. He hasn't been around cats or new dogs since joining our rescue. With his hound heritage, he enjoys exploring with his nose, making a securely fenced yard essential for his adventures. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle companion willing to grow with you, Gordo might just be your ideal match. Click apply to start the adoption process.
