Meet Velvet, our charming petite girl. At 3.5 years old, she’s a lovely Balinese mix with a beautiful seal-point coat and a long, soft fur. Velvet arrived at the shelter after her previous owner could no longer care for her. She thrives on affection and enjoys a good head rub or a butt scratch, but she's a little sensitive, so be gentle and move slowly around her. Velvet is very social with other cats and keeps her litter box tidy. However, she does not get along with dogs and can react defensively around them. She would do best in a home with respectful children aged 12 and over. This sweet cat truly deserves a loving environment where she can feel safe and secure.
